By accessing and using Cinefy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Cinefy provides a streaming platform for movies and television shows. This is a demonstration project created for portfolio purposes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the service may be billed on a subscription basis:

  • You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cinefy, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cinefy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included on the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
